Our collaboration with Davy Smith Architects for VFund will bring huge improvements to the traffic dominated North Woolwich Road. SuDS, native planting, and green roofs will improve local ecology and air quality and allowed the scheme to boast an exemplary 0.47 urban greening factor. Now consented, it will be great to see this site come forward.
