From former emissions centre to a verdant London Mews.
At Crescent Mews, near Alexandra Palace in the London Borough of Haringey, we’re helping to transform a former industrial site into a residential landscape rooted in the character of a traditional London mews.
Our proposals stitch together a sequence of verdant communal and private spaces - from a welcoming courtyard and social seating area to playful moments and a shared roof terrace offering views towards central London. Traditional materials, rain gardens and trees shape the shared amenity spaces, whilst private gardens and terraces provide quieter moments of retreat.
This is a place designed to connect neighbours, support wellbeing and bring nature into everyday life for the 37 new homes. The application was submitted last year and is currently under consultation.
