This project is for the delivery of 487 co-living homes, a 110 bed hotel, a pet hospital, restaurant, new public realm spaces and communal gardens and roof tops.
The communal spaces are crafted to offer opportunities to socialise, get active together, and spend time alone, all of which contribute to positive and balanced mental health.
Our approach to ecologically focused design and planting specification yielded a 209% BNG.
